Summary
Hugh actually has three different forms based on certain circumstances. The first thing people see is a human-like reploid with platinum white hair clad in a dapper looking bartender outfit. His first form is very unassuming and it'd be hard to figure out he was a Reploid based on this. His second form becomes visible after taking enough damage but will more likely appear when his energy level hits a certain threshold on the lower side. His "skin" and any physical feature he had that made him blend in as a human "burns" away to the bare bones of his structure. This second form is VERY skeletal in appearance and is similar to that of Skullman with a few basic exceptions. The first and foremost is that Hugh's bony limbs are much thinner then they are while covered in his skin. Just the bare bones about them. Hugh's "skull" is also an actual skull as opposed to Skullman's helmet. And finally, the only area Hugh's body retains any thickness is his upper torso which is actually the hardest, most armored part of his entire body.
His final form seems to be restricted to VERY specific conditions and has only ever been rumored to have been used during the Ripper War. Data on this final form has been lost since the war ended and now is mere rumor among a select few people.
Upgrades/Integrated Weaponry and Techniques
Electromagnetic Charge: A status effect that can be applied to victims when hit by certain attacks of Hugh. If hit by said attack(s), the victim will become charged. Once charged, basic metallic objects will become highly attracted to the victim and also make it harder for the afflicted to move normally. The charge will wear off after a short time unless the victim becomes hit by another attack that charges them, stacking the effects to the point of making it virtually impossible to move and where almost any object that flies toward them does so with lethal results.
- Teleportation: Most Reploids can inherently teleport themselves across great distances. Hugh however can also teleport short distances in a second. This has an audible sound as the fabric of space is pulled from one spot to the next. Hugh can teleport anywhere there is space for him to reappear and he uses this primarily for dodging attacks. His weapon systems become locked for a couple of seconds after each teleport, preventing him from attacking with them. This weapon lock duration seems to increase with successive teleportation.
- Electromagnetism: Hugh can use his electromagnetism to stand on any flat surface, wall or ceiling aswell as negate his center of gravity to levitate. But more importantly, he can also use it to move metallic objects. The heavier the object is, the more energy required to move it. Humans obviously would be immune to this UNLESS they become charged, in which case he can throw two people once before the charge dissipated. The exception to this is if the human(s) is heavily charged. Most reploids (human sized atleast) do not require to be charged for Hugh to throw them around, he just needs his hand(s) free.
- Skull Blasters: One of Hugh's means of attack, a series of skull shaped mechanical skulls of varying sizes and shape which he "summons" into battle. These weapons seem tied to his energy reserves, meaning it costs him energy to bring them out each time in addition to them firing. Each Skull Blaster will take a second or two to charge up an electromagnetic beam that rips through energy shields in addition to knocking out most electronics; especially electrical Reploids. These are naturally much less dangerous against humans or cyborgs due to their organic parts. Applies Electromagnetic Charge to victims hit.
- Bones: Hugh's primary means of attack, which summons a bone of electromagnetic energy from anywhere nearby that can be hurled at opponents. Like his Skull Blasters, they are deadly against Reploids and other electronics in addition to energy shields. But humans or cyborgs are less affected. Applies Electromagnetic Charge to victims hit.
- : A pair of almost literal hand cannons, these weapons were never meant to be used by humans. Hugh will almost always rely on these weapons first before considering his more sophisticated weapons, both for their zero energy consumption and the fact they are easier to forget then seeing someone get blown away by a beam cannon. While technologically inferior to his Skull Blasters, they pack more then enough punch to rip a hole through even heavily armored targets. This is before any specialized bullets are factored in. Hugh has an array of different kinds of bullets at his disposal which gives him the ability to adapt to different opponents and situations with them.
- Unknown: As aforementioned, Hugh has a third form that he has only ever used during The Ripper War, which has since been sealed away for good reason. While no data remains on the specifications of this final form and few remain alive today who would have seen it in action, it isn't sealed away for good. But the circumstances to release this final form is unknown to all but a very select few.

Weaknesses:
[li]Energy Consumption: Hugh's biggest design flaw is his sophisticated weapons and systems burn through energy quickly. Even basic day to day activities take a greater toll on him then they would another Reploid. Hugh is not designed for prolonged encounters and must end fights either before they begin, or quickly before his energy runs out.[/li]
[li]Fragile: Hugh is something of a glass cannon. While he is secretly powerful, he cannot however withstand as much punishment as you'd think. To give you an example, ballistic weapons can do more damage to him then they would another reploid.[/li]
[li]Electrical Resistance: While not technically electricity, anything built to resist electricity does make it harder for him to charge or damage opponents.[/li]
Items:
[li]Punisher Bullets: Hugh uses a wide array of different bullets depending on his opponent. These range from dumdums, cryo, pyro, armor piercing, and even electrolized rounds.[/li]

Personality: Hugh on the surface is a laid back, calm and quiet bartender who enjoys bad jokes with friends. He's charismatic and easily gets along with anyone he meets but doesn't actually trust anyone easily. Hugh is highly protective of those close to him, especially his younger brother Max. Hugh seems to be more wary of Humans then he is of Reploids, as he understands better then anyone else what Humans are capable of. Those close to him may occasionally see hints of a sad, jaded Reploid trying to forget The Ripper War. But beneath his cheery, smiling face is still the merciless war machine that helped end The Ripper War. He does not mess around when it comes to protecting his loved ones or doing what's necessary to prevent another war. Sacrifice the few to save the many, a lesson he learned during The Ripper War. Naturally with being designed to battle Rippers, he hates Rippers and their supporters to this day.
